Monthly pet rent $35 per pet.
One-time pet fee $150 per household.
Pet deposit $150 per household.
50 pound weight limit for dogs.
We do not allow exotic animals or other types of pets.
Breed restrictions: Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Bullmastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, Eskimo Spitz, German Shepherd, Giant Schnauzer, Great Dane, Husky, Pit Bull (Staffordshire Terrier) Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, and Wolf. Any breed that is mixed with one of these breeds is also restricted.
